~ Who will deliver my order?
Tilly & Otto use Australia Post for all deliveries. Australia Post will send you a tracking number once your order is shipped.
~ When will my order ship?
* If your chosen piece states "ready to ship" then your order will be shipped within 48 hours of your order being placed. If your piece states "made to order", your order will take approximately 6 - 8 weeks for delivery.
* All single and king single sheets are a custom listing. Please allow 6 - 8 weeks for your order to be delivered.
~ Is International shipping available?
ABSOLUTELY! Tilly & Otto ship worldwide at very reasonable and subsidized rates. Our website will show your shipping costs at checkout. All Duties and customs costs are the responsibility of the customer.

~ What are Tilly & Otto pieces made from?
ALL T&O pieces are mindfully crafted in the most luxurious of cottons and linens. Our fitted sheets are 100% cotton.
~ How do I care for my t&o pieces?
We recommend gentle, hand washing and drying in the shade to ensure a lovely, long life of your t&o piece! Please see individual care instructions attached to each piece once received.
~ Are Tilly & Otto pieces suitable for my newborn?
All Tilly & Otto pieces are made from breathable cottons, which is safest and best for precious babe's. For further information, we recommend the education articles written by Red Nose. www.rednose.com.au
~ What size are your fitted sheets?
Moses basket sheets measure 71 x 36cm
Bassinet sheets/change mat covers measure 50 x 80cm
Cot sheets measure 133 x 77cm
Single bed sheets 188 x 91cm
King Single sheet 203 x 106cm (also suitable for US twin bed)
~ How Often Should I Wash My Sheets?
According to laundry experts, sheets should be washed twice a week...unless there is an unfortunate soiling of course!
~ Should I use a mattress protector under fitted sheets?
According to SIDS advice site, Red Nose does recommend a mattress protector that is strong and a tight fit.
It is important that a mattress protector does not take away the firmness of the mattress.
To reduce the risk of infant death, it is important that the mattress is firm, well-fitting & flat, not elevated.
